Meditation needs proper preparation. Your life needs to be spiritually aligned from eating the right kind of wholesome food, the goals you set and the company you keep. Take your time to gradually increase your meditation time, and focus on quantity. Tapas is not for everyone!
Best results come to you with moderation. This is teaching of all our scriptures and every great master. Enjoy the small pleasures of life, work actively, be passionate, have hobbies and meditate in a fixed time in the day.
